HAF Pricing Lab
Internal · not live pricingHAF-PRICE-V3.0
Full V3 engine — distance vs time path selection, driver exposure, positioning, and driver-first margin allocation. Nothing here changes live prices.
V3 core principle: every route is priced two ways — mileage-based and time-based — and the driver always receives the higher result. A 70-mile job taking 2 hours pays more than a 70-mile job taking 1 hour, because the driver's time is worth the same per hour regardless of speed. Driver exposure (late finish, remote area, poor return-load probability) is a separate multiplier. HAF margin is calculated after protecting driver pay — account discounts come from HAF's share only.
Test a route
Postcodes checked against UK database · distance from Google via HAF gateway · time protection fires automatically when the route is slow.

Tests 1–4: straight route, no positioning. Test 5: urban SWB with positioning — time path wins for both route and positioning leg. Time-of-day tests verify exposure multiplier bands against the spec CSV.
